These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legal contract between the tegem platform and all its users. tegem is an online gaming platform that provides cricket betting, slot games, fishing games, Dragon Tiger, and various other entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh.

1 Eligibility Requirements
The following eligibility requirements must be met in order to use tegem's services. If these requirements are not met, you may not use the platform.
1.1 Age Requirement
To create an account and play games on tegem, you must be 21 years of age or older. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you meet the "21 years or older only" requirement. If it is later proven that you are below the required age, your account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds or winnings may be forfeited.
1.2 Single Account Policy
Each individual, household, IP address, or device is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be treated as bonus fraud.
1.3 Providing Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or incorrect information may result in your account being cancelled at any time.
2 Account Registration & Management
2.1 Registration Process
To open an account on tegem, you must complete the designated registration form and finish the required verification process. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
2.2 Password & Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are fully responsible for any activity carried out from your account. If you believe your account security has been compromised, notify the tegem support team immediately.
2.3 Account Verification
tegem may request identity verification documents at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until this process is completed. Identity verification is a necessary step to ensure the security of the platform.
Warning: Using a third party's account, opening an account in someone else's name, or allowing others to use your account is a direct breach of this agreement and may result in immediate account cancellation.
3 Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Supported Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently supported on tegem:
- bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service
- Nagad — Digital transaction service by Bangladesh Post Office
- Rocket — Mobile wallet service by Dutch-Bangla Bank
- Upay — Fast and reliable mobile payment service
3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits
Minimum deposit: ৳500 across all methods.
Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
Withdrawal time: Processing is generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
3.3 Deposit Terms
Deposited funds should appear in your tegem account immediately. If a deposit is delayed for any reason, please contact the tegem support team and provide the transaction details along with proof. All deposit transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
3.4 Withdrawal Terms
Before processing a withdrawal request, tegem will confirm whether all bonus wagering requirements have been met and whether the account has been fully verified. tegem reserves the right to conduct additional verification for unusual withdrawal patterns.
3.5 Erroneous Transactions
If an incorrect amount is credited to your account due to a technical error, tegem reserves the right to correct that amount. Taking advantage of such errors will be considered a breach of this agreement.
4 Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members who join tegem have the opportunity to receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,500.
Example 2: Deposit ৳28,000 and receive a ৳20,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳48,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus amount. The wagering calculation is based only on the bonus amount, not the total balance.
Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
- Bonuses are for use within the platform only and cannot be withdrawn directly.
- tegem reserves the right to cancel a bonus if bonus fraud is suspected.
- Terms for other promotions will be stated separately in the respective promotion announcement.
- If wagering is not completed within the specified period, the bonus may be cancelled.
4.4 VIP Program
tegem's VIP program has four tiers that offer special benefits to regular players:
- Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
- Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
- Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
- Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
It is possible to advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active gaming.
5 Betting & Gaming Rules
5.1 General Gaming Rules
All games on tegem are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. The outcome of each game is determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely independent of any external influence.
5.2 Sports Betting Rules
Before placing a bet in the sports betting section, carefully check the listed odds. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled. tegem reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
5.3 Prohibited Activities
- Using any software or bots to operate games.
- Attempting to influence game outcomes in your favour.
- Colluding with other players to use dishonest strategies against the platform.
- Attempting to achieve risk-free profit by placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts (arbitrage).
- Attempting to meet wagering requirements by placing minimal-risk bets using a bonus balance.
5.4 Game Cancellation & Errors
If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the funds staked in that round will generally be returned to the balance. In the event of an error, an attempt will be made to restore the normal state and tegem's decision will be considered final.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

9.2 Account Suspension or Closure by tegem
tegem reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following cases:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
- Fraud or suspicious activity.
- Evidence of being underage.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Harassing behavior toward other users.
If an account is closed due to a breach of agreement, any earned bonuses and winnings derived from them may be forfeited. However, the return of the original deposit amount will be considered based on the circumstances.
10 Limitation of Liability
